Urgh, why do I bother?

Why do I bother taking advair if I still have to avoid anything that might trigger my asthma?

*grumble*

It’s so pointless.

(and yes, I’m grouchy because I’m packing and I don’t DO packing)

I lost a patient today.

When I saw his wife crying I thought “rather her than me.”

I have never felt so guilty in my life.
